Hi
Has anyone seen anything like these before, I think they are to fit in Honeycomb mounting base but they are obviously not for mounting and moving a 4colour plate.





When the grub screws are removed they reveal what appears to be a small circular cutting blade, could they be to punch holes into a printed overlay sheet for registration purposes?

Maybe someone out there will provide an answer
