Linotype Installed at Buckingham Palace

New UK Monarch King Charles III is bringing in dramatic changes to the Royal Family's communications department.

In an effort to stop sensitive details of banquets, tape-cutting events, plaque unveilings, etc. falling into the hands of the Russians and Chinese the Palace's communications department is moving to an analogue system.

The plan is still in its early stages, but a photograph has been released of a newly-installed Linotype in a hallway at Buckingham Palace:



A Palace spokesman said: "In the current climate the Palace really needs to be using Yesterday's Technology . . . Today!"
