Another New Monotype Design

I have been bitten bad by this bug and can't stop designing new things to cast.

I hope you all won't mind me sharing the latest, Folium Tesselatum- an 18pt quad border/ornament piece.

I engraved this one twice, as my first design needed a bit of dressing on all 4 sides- so I dumped it straight back into the pot and re-engraved a new mat a touch smaller.

Bingo, this casting needs no dressing and still works with my original design layout. I feel like I have a good understanding of the engraving machine, as well as the Sorts Caster, which is the machine I've been doing most of my casting on.


Now I just need a bigger space...
