Issued in 2018, this is one of the numerous personalized se-tenent stamp sheets issued recently by Ukrposhta  (Укрпошта), Ukraine's national postal service provider. The actual stamp is the narrow tab with letter V as shown in first picture. The blank label area can be personalized with images submitted by customers to Ukrposhta. "V" face value corresponds to 9 UAH Ukrainian hryvnia.

(This stamp is equivalent to tariff of sending non-priority ordinary letter with weight up to 50 gr within Ukraine).

Stamps with different designs that are attached to one another are called "Se-tenant" by stamp collectors ."Se-tenant" translates from French as meaning "holding together or "joined together".

Quite a number of Postal Authorities allow these types of productions- normally a certain number have to be ordered (and paid for!). Some also allow actual personalised stamps- some people even collect them!

This sheet shows William Caxton (England's first printer)

I was fortunate enough to receive this poster from a friendly postmaster in Oxford.

Some years later I managed to get hold of the Welsh version
