This font is caps only of a Bold Condensed Foundry type. Most of it doesn't appear to have ever been inked. Some of the characters at the top of the picture are some letters that turned up in a different case. I have had it for decades, but never used it. It will ship in a small USPS Priority Mail shipping box.
