Have you ever used one or seen one? Worked on 3 different machines in So. CA area in the 50's that had this saw. Nobody seems to remember them. Was a terrible thing as you had to sit off to the side because the unit was so big. Did a great job of trimming as it had a rotating milling head instead of knife block. Then dropped the slug down and trimmed off both ends to length you specified. Also low-slugged the blank areas of the slug. Never really missed it in later years.


Anyone remember them? Can't say I do - maybe restricted to the USA?
