Intertype 3/4 length magazine
Hi all: At theprintingmuseum.org.nz we recently obtained a 3/4 length Intertype Magazine, there was no Short Top for it. Wondering if anyone has or has seen one of these or has more information.

1906 Monotype Competition
I spotted this for sale on a popular auction site recently. It's the result of an American Monotype typesetting competition from 1906.

Some great advice there from Ludlow operators. I'm guessing that these "slow and steady" typesetting machines are still popular.

I'm in New Brunswick, Canada. I have had a Ludlow for ten plus years. It doesn't get heavy use but I use it fairly regularly. I have a decent selection of mats for my purposes. I'm very fortunate.

Doug Wilson, who brought us the brilliant "Linotype: The Film" is working on a new book as a follow-up to the film he made over 10 years ago.
