INFORMATION for VISITORS to YORK

This 2½-minute high-resolution video (which looks great on a big screen), gives you a flavour of the city. It starts with Clifford's Tower and the view from the top, then on to the historic Shambles, next there's a view of King's Staith filmed from one of the popular river boats, one of my favourite pubs is next, the quirky interior of "The Maltings" free house on Tanners Moat, popular with real ale fans, The River Foss features next and the pretty bridge on Fossgate, followed by some great views of York Minster, taken from the City Walls, the video ends, as many people's visits do, with a view of York's magnificent Victorian railway station..
