Anyone Seen a Monomatic?

As some of you may know I am currently processing a huge amount of Monotype-related documents and manuals being sent in by John Cornelisse.

Among the documents are details of the "Monomatic II" according to the document the main points of difference  between this and a regular Monotype are: "A matrix case capacity of 324 matrices arranged in quadrants of 81 characters each; a system whereby any combination of unit values between 4 to 20 units is available at any position in the matrix case; a new design of keyboard incorporating shift controls."

Here's a couple of pictures. Has anyone seen one? Did they see life outside the Monotype factory?

Dear John
Yes I used to hear about this but there are no sales records.
It was  produced  by Lanston in 1960. I do not know how
successful it was over there but I have no knowledge of
any sales from Monotype UK.
