Quotemy name is Ulrike and I am desperately looking for information on a member of the London Society of Compositors for a historical paper. His name was JAMES BLACKWELL, he was member of the Social Democratic Federation and compositor and author for the Federation's organ JUSTICE in the late 1880s. He contributed to the Socialist League's COMMONWEAL as well, and in 1889 became co-editor of the communist-anarchist newspaper FREEDOM. Maybe you have any idea where I might find information on that guy?
