Printle: A Printing Word Game from Metal Type

Henry Warwick

I need one. Do they even exist? If not, they should. does anyone have any titles I could look for? I have no idea where to begin. (I'm in Canada).

I know that a reverse etching pantograph was involved, but beyond that, I have NO idea....

feel free to email me.

cheers,

HW

The most interesting and complete  I have found is "Typographical Printing Surfaces"  - The technology and mechanism of their production, Legros and Grant
Longmans Green and Co London 1916   732 pages my copy is extremely fragile I dare not put it on the scanne, chapter XII (21 pages) deals with punch cutting after several chapters on history and aspects of design.
Another book  I have is "The Encyclopedia of Type Faces" Berry Johnson and Jaspert, Blandford Press London 1953 reprinted 1958
