Nice find George, I just love drone footage. According to Youtube it was filmed about a year ago.

It wasn't demolished thankfully all the significant buildings have been converted into apartments and historic office building into luxury apartments.  People queued & camped to buy apartments and new build houses on the site.

Interesting stuff, Steve. It looks like it has been done tastefully. I particularly liked this illustration where they seem to be preserving the original "chequered" appearance.
