Between 2019 and 2021, the Deutsche Nationalbibliothek museum digitized all documents from Jan Tschichold's estate – more than 2,000 documents, totaling some 23,000 scans. All these documents are accessible through the site of the Deutsche Nationalbibliothek:

Below the description of each item is a link 'Offnen Medium'. That leads to high res images. An incredibly rich resource for anyone interested in Tschichold's work.
