[Golf and Printing]

NBC Sports spent most of a Sunday at the Museum of Printing, Haverhill, MA. They wanted to reproduce a newspaper heading from 1913 reporting that Francis Ouimet, an amateur, won the US Open Golf Tournament which was held in Massachusetts. It is taking place in Massachusetts again this year. Billy Soucy matched the 2-line head in Bodoni Bold Condensed. The NBC team of three people then recorded the setting and printing of the head on the Columbian press. (See starting at :47 to see the Museum of Printing Press in action.) The shoot took four hours.
