T'would appear that photographer Ralph Collins is possibly also a seven foot plus basketballer or is the man-on-stilts for the local annual 4th July parade.

Agreed, I think the photographer is making bad use of the "unusual angle" card.

Whereas this photograph, taken from an unusual angle at the Rhinebeck Gazette, really works.
