This Linotype stands in the street near the House of Journalists in Tel Aviv.
The inscription on the label: "This machine for many years was used for the production of newspapers. Until then, until transferred to the printer with the help of computers."

The above is a literal translation, but I'm sure you get the message.
It does not appear to be standing in a street. More likely the entrance to the House of Journalists. I did change the word "car" to "machine" on the label inscription.
